Ingredients

1 yellow zucchini (sliced thinly)
1 red onion (sliced thinly)
1/2 red bell pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 leaves, basil leaves (minced) optional
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
