Tambah daun thai basil utk dapatkan aroma yg harum..

Saya memang jarang masukkan gula dlm masakkan. Jika anda suka masakan yg sedikit manis boleh la masukkan sedikit gula.

Ingredients

2 ekor ikan kembung
Secukupnya kunyit
Secukup rasa garam
1 biji bawang putih - hiris
1 labu bawang besar - hiris
Sebatang serai - hiris
5 biji cili api - hiris
1/2 inci halia - hiris
1 biji cili merah - hiris
5 helai thai basil
3 sudu besar sos tiram
Secukupnya minyak

Mula2 gaul ikan dengan kunyit garam
Goreng hingga garing
