Ingredients

Sepeket mee kuning
1/3 cawan kicap pekat
4 biji telur (untuk dibuat dadar)
4 ulas bawang putih
5 ulas bawang merah
6 tangkai cili padi
1 kiub kiub pati ayam
3 sudu besar sos tiram
250 gram ayam
16 ekor udang
1 ikat sawi
1 batang lobak merah
250 gram bunga kubis
5 batang putik jagung
1 sudu teh lada hitam
1/2 sudu teh lada sulah
Secukup rasa garam halus
2 sudu besar tepung jagung (dibancuh dengan air)
Secukupnya air
- minyak untuk menumis

Panaskan minyak dalam non stick pan dan goreng mee kuning bersama kicap pekat sehingga mee masak.

Pukul telur dan dadarkan nipis. Apabila masak ambil mee yg digoreng tadi dan letakkan di atas telur dadar dalam non stick pan tadi dan gulung.

Panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih yg dihiris nipis. Masukkan cili padi yg dipotong serong.
