Kekacang boleh diganti dgn almond atau macademia mengikut citarasa masing2.

Ingredients

3/4 cawan kacang walnut
Bahan A - Double Boil
250 gram mentega
200 gram dark chocolate
200 gram milk chocolate
Bahan B - Disatukan
6 biji telur
2 cawan gula perang
2 sudu teh esen vanilla
1 sudu besar coklat emulco
Bahan C - Diayak
3/4 cawan tepung gandum
1/2 cawan serbuk koko

Potong dadu kecil Bahan A & disatukan dlm bekas thn panas. Double boil hingga keseluruhan mentega & coklat cair. Ketepikan & biarkan sejuk sebentar.

Kemudian, tuang Bahan A yg telah suam td ke dlm Bahan B yg telah digaul. Sebatikan kedua2 bahan.

Akhir sekali, masukkan kacang walnut & gaul hingga sebati. Tuang adunan brownies ke dlm loyang yg telah dialas dgn baking paper.
