1 ekor ayam - potong 12
Secukupnya kunyit
Secukup rasa garam
Secukupnya minyak utk menggoreng
Bahan B
1 batang kulit kayu manis
2 kuntum bunga cengkih
2 kuntum bunga lawang
2 biji buah pelaga
2 sudu lada sulah
2 biji lada besar - hiris
2 ulas bawang putih - hiris
2 labu bawang besar - hiris
1/2 inci halia - hiris
5 biji cili api - belah dua
Anggaran 1/2 cawan kicap
1 cawan air
Secubit garam
Secukupnya daun sup + bawang (hiasan)
