Ingredients

3 keping isi ikan seludu (dilumur dgn garam & kunyit)
Segenggam kacang buncis (direbus sebentar dan ditambah 1sb minyak dlm air rebusan)
1 keping asam keping
1 sudu besar sos cili
1 sudu besar sos tiram
1/2 sudu besar kicap
Secukup rasa garam & gula
Bahan Kisar
10 tangkai cili kering direbus
1 labu bawang besar
4 ulas bawang putih
1 sudu kecil jintan manis
1 sudu kecil jintan putih

Panaskan minyak & goreng ikan seludu separuh garing. Toskan minyak, ketepikan.
