300 grams | prawn |
1/3 of bar | salted butter |
1 peel | onion |
5 | curry leave |
2 | chilly rice |
50 gram (Half packet) | butter cereal seasoning powder |
2 table spoon | cooking oil |
3 | egg yolk |
1 | lemongrass |
Clean the prawns. Blend onions, lemongrass and chilly rices.
Heat the pan, add in the cooking oil. Stir fry all the blended ingredients.

Add in butter, curry leaves and continue to stir fry until fragrant. Add in the egg yolks and continue to stir fry.

Add in the prawns and stir fry until the prawns are brownish.
