2 biji kentang (dipotong)
1 biji bawang besar (1/2 dikisar, 1/2 dipotong bulat)
3 ulas bawang putih (dikisar)
1 inci halia (diketuk)
2 sudu makan cili kisar
1 batang cili hijau (dihiris)
1 keping asam keping
Secukupnya garam
Secukupnya gula
