Tips

Do not over cooked your chicken to keep them juicy.

Ingredients

1 keping ayam (whole leg)
1 sudu mentega
1/2 sudu teh serbuk kari (daging)
1/2 sudu teh serbuk lada hitam
1/2 sudu teh serbuk cajun
1/2 sudu teh serbuk jintan putih
1/2 sudu teh garam
1/2 sudu teh perasa (knorr)
1 /2 sudu teh chili flakes
1/2 sudu teh serbuk paprika
1/2 biji epal hijau
1/2 biji oren
1 biji kentang
1 sudu kismis
1 sudu teh minyak zaitun
Secukup rasa gula
1 sudu jus lemon
1 keping daun salad

Basuh ayam dan toskan. Sumbatkan mentega di dalam kulit ayam.

Kemudian gaulkan ayam bersama campuran sedikit serbuk kari, garam, perasa, serbuk lada hitam, paprika, jintan dan serbuk cajun.

Akhir sekali tabur chili flakes di atas ayam dan bakar didalam oven pada suhu 180 celcius selama 20 minit.

Kemudian ambil sebiji kentang dan rebus. Setelah kentang empuk angkat dan sejukkan. Kemudian potong kentang tersebut dengan potongan wedges,

Ambil baki bahan gaulan ayam (campuran rempah kari, garam, lada hitam, paprika, jintan dan cajun tadi) dan gaul kentang pula. Kemudian goreng.

Kemudian untuk salad pula, hiris epal nipis-nipis. Kemudian potong oren dan ambil isinya dan potong daun salad kasar-kasar.

Untuk sos bagi salad pula, gaulkan jus lemon, gula, garam dan minyak zaitun. Kemudian gaul sos dengan hirisan epal, oren, salad dan kismis.
