Tips

*Saya tak suka rendam udang kering lama2 sbb air dr udang akan hilang apabila ditos. Untuk melembutkan udang saya banyakkan air ketika memasak & rasa udang kering kekal dlm kuah apabila kuah kering.

*Hati2 semasa memasukkan garam kerana udang kering sedia masin.

Ingredients

7 batang bendi dipotong menyerong
2 sudu besar udang kering (direndam seketika)
1/2 keping asam keping
Secukup rasa garam & gula
Bahan Kisar
2 tangkai cili kering direbus
1/2 ulas bawang besar
1 ulas bawang putih

Instructions

Panaskan minyak & tumis bahan kisar. Masukkan udang kering. Masak hingga pecah minyak.
