Tips

Jangan buka penutup kukusan sebelum tiba waktunya. waaah ayat.. hehe.. cukup time baru buka, takut air kukusan menitik dlm puding & kek.

Cara saya, ketika nak masukkan puding, lap air yg ada kt tudung. Lap bg kering. Masa kuarkan puding & masukkan balik lap lg tudung bg kering.

2 sudu besar gula pasir
Bahan2 Puding
1 cawan susu cair
1 cawan susu pekat
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla
3 biji telur merah
Bahan2 Kek Coklat
1 cawan susu cair
1 cawan susu pekat
1 cawan gula
1 cawan minyak
1 cawan serbuk koko
1 sudu kecil garam
1 cawan tepung gandum
1 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat
1 sudu kecil baking powder
Diblend hingga kembang 4 biji telur

Masukkan gula dlm loyang (sy guna loyang 8") masak gula hingga cair & keperangan. Ratakan & sejukkan.

Tuang perlahan2 atas gula hangus td. Apabila kukusan panas masukkan loyang & kukus selama 20-25min.

Sementara itu, dlm periuk, masukkan susu cair, susu pekat, gula, minyak & serbuk koko. Kacau atas api hingga gula larut & semua bahan sebati.

Campurkan bahan ayak & telur yg diblend dlm larutan coklat sedikit demi sedikit. Kacau hingga sebati.
