Kalau nak rasa masam2 sikit boleh letakkan 1sudu kecil air lemon ke dalam bancuhan kastard,

Ingredients

5 keping roti gardenia
1cawan susu segar
2 keping cheddar cheese
1sudu tepung kastard
2sudu susu cair
Secukup rasa kismis

Instructions

Sebatikan susu segar & mentega yang telah dicairkan. Potong2 roti gardenia dan rendamkan kedalam adunan tadi.

Masukkan roti kedalam dulang pembakar, koyakkan & tabur cheddar cheese ke atas roti tersebut dan bakar 130' selama 25minit.

Satukan susu cair&tepung kastard ke dalam periuk bila sebati panaskan di atas dapur. Bila adunan meletup2 macam gunung berapi tandanya dh masak la tu.
