Tips

Jika tiada minyak kacang, boleh guna minyak biasa/minyak sayuran/minyak bijan.

Ingredients

2 keping - potong kiub dada ayam
2 camca besar minyak kacang
5 kuntum brokoli
1/2 batang - hiris lobak merah
5 kuntum - hiris shitake mushroom
5 kuntum - hiris cendawan butang
5 keping - rendam, hiris black fungus
3 ulas - cincang bawang putih
1 camca besar cuka
Bahan Perap:
1 biji putih telur
1/2 camca kecil tepung jagung
Secukup rasa lada sulah
1/2 camca kecil garam
Bahan Hunan Sauce:
1/4 cawan air rebusan ayam
1 camca besar kicap cair
2 camca besar sos tiram
3 camca besar chili bean sauce
2 1/2 camca besar sos tomato
1/2 camca kecil cuka apple
1 1/2 camca besar gula
Secukup rasa lada sulah
1 camca kecil tepung jagung
