5 ketul ayam
2 ulas - hiris bawang putih
2 inci - hiris halia
1 pokok - kerat pendek daun bawang
1 biji - hiris cili merah
Bahan Perap:
1 camca besar kicap manis
1 camca kecil garam
1/2 camca besar cuka
1 camca kecil gula
1 camca kecil tepung jagung
1 camca besar air
Bahan Sos:
2 camca besar soy bean paste with chili
1 camca besar gula
1/2 cawan air
1 camca besar tepung jagung
