Msa b'cuti d korea dlu pon ad bnyak gerai2x tepi jalan(macam dalam cerita tu) jual.... rmai la oppa2,ajusshi2 yg lepak situ lpas hbis kerja....tmbh2 time winter.... sangat la teringin.. tp of course takut nk mkn.. tmpt orang kan....dengan status halal lagi... so bila balik malaysia....kita buat malaysian style....simple but delicious.. mesti nk hirup2 sup tu sampai hbis... haha..

Tips

Fish cake boleh di cucuk dahulu sebelum di rebus...dan sebaliknya.

Ingredients

2 bungkus fishcake
1labu bawang besar(potong 6)
1/2 inch(di cincang) halia
2biji tomato(potong 6)
3ulas bawang putih(dicincang)
1/2 kiub pati ayam
1/2sudu teh garam
1 batang serai(di tumbuk kasar)
2 sudu besar minyak bijan
- penyucuk(lidi)

Bersihkan fishcake... bila dah bersih rebus fish cake 3-5 minit...jangan terlalu lama,potong fish cake nipis2 dan cucuk dengan penyucuk ketepikan.

Panaskan periuk.masukkan minyak bijan.Tumis bawang putih dan halia hingga naik bau.. masukkan air rebusan fish cake tadi.

Masukkan bawang besar, tomato,serai dan kiub pati ayam dan garam. bila dah cukup rsa biarkan sehingga mendidih.
