Guna tomato biasa pun boleh. Belah 6 atau 4.

Ingredients

3 ekor - potong 2 ketam
6 biji bebola ketam
10 biji - ketuk cili api
2 batang - ketuk serai
1 pokok - hiris daun ketumbar
3 helai daun limau purut
1 biji kiub pati ikan bilis
3 camca besar pes tomyam
10 biji - belah 2 tomato ceri
6 kuntum - hiris cendawan butang
2 batang - hiris saleri
1/2 batang - potong baji lobak merah
5 biji - perah jus limau kasturi
1/2 camca kecil serbuk lada hitam
Secukup rasa sos ikan

Instructions

Didihkan 2 liter air, masukkan serai, separuh hirisan daun ketumbar, kiub pati ikan bilis & pes tomyam. Kacau rata & biar mendidih.
