Tips

Nasi semalaman yang disimpan didalam peti sejuk adalah nasi ideal untuk nasi goreng. Jika guna nasi panas baru masak, nasi goreng akan sedikit lembik.

Ingredients

5 cawan - leraikan nasi sejuk
2 keping - potong kecil isi ikan tenggiri masin
1 camca besar sos tiram
2 biji - dipukul sedikit telur
2 pokok - kerat pendek, asingkan batang & daun sawi bok choy
1 biji - hiris bawang besar
2 ulas - hiris bawang putih
1 biji - hiris cili merah
1 pokok - hiris daun sup
