10 ketul ayam (direbus)
5 biji bawang merah (tumbuk)
3 ulas bawang putih (tumbuk)
1 inci halia (tumbuk)
1 kuntum bunga lawang
3 batang kayu manis
5 sudu besar cili kisar
2 sudu besar kicap pekat
2 sudu besar kicap manis
1 cawan santan
1 sudu besar kerisik
1 biji bawang besar (potong bulat)
2 biji ubi kentang

Panaskan minyak. Tumis bahan tumbuk hingga naik bau.
