Tidak perlu masak sayur bayam terlalu lama kerana sayur bayam cepat lecur.

Ingredients

3 ulas dihiris bawang merah
2 ulas dihiris bawang putih
Sedikit (disiang) ikan bilis
1 ikat sayur bayam
1 genggam cendawan tiram
1 liter air
Secukup rasa garam

Instructions

Masukkan air, bawang merah, bawang putih dan ikan bilis. Biarkan sehingga menggelegak.
