Tips

1. Jumlah sukatan tepung jagung bergantung pada kepekatan kuah yg dikehendaki. Begitu juga kicap. Lebihkan jika mahu kuah lebih hitam.

2. Boleh terus masukkan yee mee dalam kuah. Saya celur dahulu yee mee sbb takut mkn tak habis nnt kembang :D

Ingredients

3 keping yee mee
2 ketul ayam (bahagian dada)
4 keping cendawan shitake
3 ulas bawang putih diketuk
2sm halia dihiris nipis
3 tangkai cili kering dipotong 3
2-3 cawan air
3sb kicap kipas udang
1sk lada hitam kasar
Secukup rasa garam & gula
1 sk minyak bijan
1 sb tepung jagung
1 pokok sawi
