Tips

Boleh tambah mozzarella cheese kalau yang suka cheese. Resepi asal tak ada cheese.

Ingredients

10 biji kentang
1/4cup susu full cream
2 sudu besar butter
Secukup rasa blackpepper
Secukup rasa lada sulah
Secukup rasa garam
Secukupnya mozzarella cheese
Bahan Inti
1 biji (potong dadu) bawang holland
4 ulas (dicincang) bawang putih
200g daging kisar
1 biji (potong dadu) carrot
1 tin (potong dadu) mushroom button
1 tin sos prego traditional
1 batang (potong dadu) mushroom sosej
1 sudu kecil oregano

Rebus kentang sehingga betul² empuk. Toskan airnya dan biar ia sejuk seketika.
