2. Bunga kantan n daun kesum are compulsory

Ingredients

500g-1kg/5-10 ekor ikan(selayang/kembung/sardin)
20 biji *cili kering
2 biji *bawang merah
4 ulas *bawang putih
10-20 biji asam gelugor
2-4 btg bunga kantan
Seikat daun kesum
Secukupnya garam,gula
Secukupnya daun salad,timun,nanas,cili padi

Instructions

Rebus ikan sehingga masak. Asingkan tulang dan isi. Blender atau tumbuk isi ikan smpai lumat. Ketepikan.
