Secukup rasa | garam & gula |
Secukupnya | air |
1 cawan | udang kecil |
1 cawan | kucai |
1 cawan | carrot diparut memanjang |
Kisar kepala & ekor udang, tapiskan. Guna air kisaran & bancuh tepung bersama bahan lain. Tambah air jika perlu. Adunan hendaklah tidak terlalu cair.
Masukkan udang, kucai & carrot. Kacau sebati. Biarkan selama 10-15min.
