Ingredients

1 bungkus bihun (direndam selama 30 minit)
1-2 biji bawang besar saiz sederhana
1-2 biji bawang putih
50 gram lada hitam (dikisar)
2-3 sudu makan minyak masak/minyak zaitun
100 gram scallop
100-200 gram kupang
100 gram udang
100 gram sotong
1 biji lobak (dimayang halus)
2-3 tangkai sawi
Secukup rasa garam
1 cawan air
