Tips

Remember perfecting your doughnuts recipe is rely on the kneading and resting methods. knead until as i mention you reach the strechytchyness level.it wont tear if you strech it. resting is to ensure the dough is airated and get the spongy texture. plus measure and weighing the perfect ingredients is one of the main factor perfecting your doughnuts recipe.

Ingredients

600 grams all purpose flour / tepung gandum
500 grams high protein flour / tepung diamond
30 grams dry yeast / yis kering
150 grams sugar / gula
20 grams salt / garam
4 medium range size eggs / telur
500ml milk / susu
120 grams butter
