1 tin susu cair
1/2 tin air
1/2 sdb tepung custard
1 sdb gula
1 sdt esen vanila
Secubit garam
Bahan Karamel
1/8 cawan gula
2sdb air

Panaskan kukusan. Potong 2-3 bahagian croissant, ketepikan.

Cairkan gula didalam loyang 8" , masukkan air bila gula sedikit hangus. Biarkan gula cair sepenuhnya. Ketepikan.
