30gm brokoli (dikukus sekejap)
1 batang carrot (ptong wedges dikukus sekejap))
Bahan Sos Butter
80gm butter
2 1/2 sudu olive oil
2 sudu tepung gandum
1 cawan susu cair
1 cawan air
10 gm daun parsley (cincang halus)
1 sudu kecil lada hitam
3 sudu jus lemon
Secukup rasa garam
