2 ekor ikan kembong
1 inci belacan
10 biji cili padi (hiris nipis)
1 biji tomato (potong dadu)
1 biji bawang besar (potong dadu)
1 sdb gula
1 sdk garam
1 biji limau nipis (ambil jus)
1 helai daun limau purut (hiris halus)
