Tumis ikan bilis tumbuk sampai garing dahulu. Air jgn terlalu byk cukup untuk merebus kentang dan bagi berkuah sedikit.

1 biji kentang
5 ekor ikan bilis (ditumbuk kasar)
1 - 2 biji bawang merah (dihiris)
2 ulas bawang putih (dihiris)
1 biji cili merah
