Since i was 7 years old, my mum will make this cookies with me during Aidilfitri. So this recipe is meaningful for me hehe

Tips

You can put some cream of tartar, but kurangkan tepung jagung.

Jika tiada serbuk pewarna, boleh guna pewarna cecair, tapi warna akan kelihatan pudar dan tidak menyerlah.

Ingredients

250 gram mentega/butter
200 gram gula perang
1 biji telur
300 gram tepung gandum
50 gram tepung jagung
1 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat
2 sudu besar serbuk pewarna merah
Mengikut kesukaan sendiri coklat chip putih

Pukul mentega dan gula perang hingga berkrim, masukkan telur. Pukul sebentar(2-4minit)

Kemudian masukkan tepung gandum, tepung, jagung, dan soda bikarbonat sedikit demi sedikit. Gaul guna spatula sahaja.
