Ingredients

700 grams chicken parts dalam 8 bahagian
1 biji bawang besar
2 biji bawang putih
4 inch halia
3 inch kunyit hidup
1 batang serai
1 batang bunga kantan
4 sudu cili mesin
2 sudu asam jawa
Secukup rasa garam
Secukup rasa gula
1 sudu kunyit serbuk untuk ayam
Agak agak minyak masak
1 sudu cuka makan

Bersihkan ayam dan toskan biar air kering. Gaul dgn kunyit serbuk.

Lepas 5 minit, masukkan ayam. Gaul2 dengan bahan tumis tadi. Api slow lagi.

Bila ayam dah separuh masak, masukkan air asam. Agak agak kalau nak kuah banyak boleh tambah lebih air. Kalau nak masam boleh tambah lagi asam jawa.
