Ingredients

1 ekor ayam dipotong kecil
1 labu bawang merah -dimayang
2 ulas bawang putih -dimayang
1 inci (ambil sikit n potong halus, selebihnya diketuk)
1 btg kulit kayu manis
3 kuntum bunga cengkih
2 kuntum bunga lawang
3 biji buah pelaga
2 biji ubi kentang-belah 4
1 sachet sup bunjut adabi
500ml air
Secukpnya garam
Secukpnya daun sup

Masukkan ayam ke dalam periuk dan masukkan air, halia, kulit kayu manis, bunga cengkih, bunga lawang, biji pelaga dan sup bunjut
