Tips

1. Rebus daging terlebih dahulu supaya tidak terlalu liat

2. semasa menggulai, gunakan semula air rebusan daging supaya rasa daging tu lagi kuat

3. hiris daging jangan terlalu nipis. Nanti gulai tak boleh resap dalam daging

Ingredients

200gm daging
2 ulas bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
1/2 inci kunyit hidup
2 batang serai dipotong bulat
200 ml santan pekat
2 cawan air
10-15 biji cili padi
1 keping asam keping
Secukup rasa garam

Seketul daging direbus. Agak sedikit empuk, tutup api, tos daging dan ketepikan.
