Tips

1. Use cili padi to satisfy our tekak melayu

Ingredients

Bolognese Sauce
500 grams minced beef (i used ramly minced beef)
3 noss chopped onion

1 small can tomato puree
1/2 cup ketchup
1/3 cup chilli sauce
2tsp salt
100 grams cili padi (based on preferences)
Cheese Sauce
6 slice slice cheddar cheese
700ml full cream milk
Tsp pepper
Tsp salt
Layers
1-2 large pack white bread (i used gardenia)
500ml full cream milk
1-2 noss egg
