Beef Pepperoni Pizza

This is the recipe that I use for my mobile wood fired pizza, which the pizza is bake in a brick oven using wood as the source of fire. Use buffalo mozarella for original Italian taste! They are so sweet and succulent.

For the dough you may want to mix it wet then add more flour until it become dough.


3 cups and another 1/2 cups (if too wet) hi-protien flour or bread flour
450 ml milk
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
2 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
200 grams beef pepperoni
400 grams mozarella cheese
Tomato Sauce
1 can crushed tomato
6 tbsp double concentrated tomato puree
1 piece onion
A handful basil
6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
