1 kg ikan pari
50g bendi
50g/2biji tomato
4 ulas bwg putih
50g bwg merah 8ulas
1 biji bwg besar
50g asam jawa
Sebuku kecil halia
5g halba
50g cili kering
50g daun kesum
2 batang bunga kantan

Kisar cili kering ,bwg besar,bwg putih,bwg kecil ,halia sampai hancur.

Panaskan minyak. Tumis biji halba. Kemudian masukkan bahan2 yg telah di kisar. Tumis dgn api perlahan sehingga bahan tumisan betul2 masak.
