150 gram sugar
500 ml water
1 inch ginger
4 cm cinnamon
2 pieces screw pine leaves
1 piece peeled apple
2 slice guava
1 slice green papaya
1 slice pineapple

Add sugar, ginger, cinnamon and screw pine leaves in water and let it boil for a while.
