30 g kacang parang
20 g cendawan tiram
30 g brokoli
20 g bawang merah
10 g halia
10 g bawang putih
50 g serbuk kurma
10 g biji
100 ml santan
50 ml yogurt
60 ml ghee
10 g cili hijau
10 g kayu manis
5 g fenugreek seed
Secukup rasa garam

Bersihkan sayur-sayuran dan potong mengikut kesusaiaan. Kisarkan bawang merah, bawang putih dan halia.
