2 helai daun kunyit
2 batang serai - diketuk
4 ulas bawang putih - diketuk
Secukupnya gula dan garam
Kicap Cili
1 genggam cili padi
1/2 cawan kicap lemak manis
2 ulas bawang putih
Secukupnya gula dan garam

Cuci kerang hingga bersih. Masukkan kerang kedalam periuk. Masukkan air, bawang, serai.
