1/2 biji | bawang besar |

1 senduk | cili kisar |
1 cawan | air asam jawa |
Secukup rasa | garam |
1 cmt | gula |
Campurkan santan, air & garam & kacau rata.
Tuang bancuhan kepada tepung sedikit demi sedikit sambil dipukul menggunakan whisk supaya tidak bergentel.
