Saya sangat sukakan cendawan goreng yang dibeli di kafeteria UiTM Arau, jadi saya cuba memasaknya sendiri!

Tips

Biarkan cendawan agak garing baru diterbalikkan, untuk elakkan tepungnya tertanggal.

Ingredients

200 gram cendawan tiram
2 sudu besar tepung jagung
5 sudu besar tepung gandum
1 camca teh garam
1/2 camca teh lada sulah
1 camca teh serbuk cili
300 ml minyak masak

Cuci bersih cendawan, toskan dan koyakkan menjadi agak kecil.

Masukkan tepung jagung, tepung gandum, lada sulah, garam, serbuk cili dan gaul rata. Pastikan seluruh cendawan bersalit tepung.
