Tips

- masukkan bahan basah dahulu kemudian bahan kering.
- selepas bread maker dah siap bakar, keluarkan roti dari acuan. - biarkan sejuk sebelum dipotong.
- simpan roti dalam bekas kedap udara sebab ini tanpa bahan pengawet, roti tahan dalam 3 atau 4 hari..

Ingredients

1 biji telur
100 ml susu segar
450 gram tepung roti
15 gram serbuk koko
7.5 gram garam
100 gram gula castor
25 gram butter
7.5 gram yis (mauripan)
75 gram * chocolate chips

Masukkan telur dalam measuring cup, tambah air sehingga paras 225ml
