Ayam dipotong kecil. Kacang dhal direndam selama 1 jam & direbus separuh empuk. Sayur-sayuran dipotong kecil.
Tumis bawang besar & bawang putih hingga wangi. Masukkan serbuk kari, cili kisar & sedikit air. Masak hingga naik minyak.
