1 batang lobak merah
2 biji kentang
3 batang kacang panjang
1 biji terung
1 biji bawang besar
3 ulas bawang putih
3 cmb serbuk kari daging
200 ml santan
1 tangkai daun kari
1/2 senduk cili kisar
1/2 cawan air asam jawa
Secukup rasa garam
Secukupnya air

Ayam dipotong kecil. Kacang dhal direndam selama 1 jam & direbus separuh empuk. Sayur-sayuran dipotong kecil.
