5 cawan | air (masak biji gandum) |
150 ml | air |
Sehelai | daun pandan |
Rendam biji gandum selama 2 jam. Cuci dan toskan. Masukkan biji gandum,daun pandan dan air 5 cawan. Masak sehingga biji gandum kembang dan lembut.
Cuci sagu dan toskan. Apabila biji gandum hampir masak, taburkan sagu dan sebatikan. Ia bertujuan agar sagu tidak berketul.
