300 g | chicken thigh (with skin) |
1 tbsp | soy sauce |
1 tbsp | honey |
2 cloves | grated garlic |
To taste | salt |
A dash | cracker black pepper |
Marinated chicken thigh with all above ingredients for at least 1/2 hour.
Deep fried both side until crisp.
