Nak lagi best jangan buang kulit perai. Cuci dan potong je.

Ingredients

10 papan petai
20 ekor udang putih
5 sudu besar cili kisar
4 biji bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
1 biji bawang besar
50 gram asam jawa
100 ml air
Secukup rasa gula dan garam

Instructions

Kisar bawang putih dan bawang merah. Potong petai dan buang kepala udang. Basuh bersih semua bahan.
