Masukkan bahan-bahan perap kedalam bekas berisi ayam dan sedikit air. Pastikan bancuhan tidak terlalu cair/ pekat. Perap selama 30 minit.
Selesai perap, golekkan ayam diatas campuran tepung salut.

Bila minyak sudah betul-betul panas, masukkan ayam. Pastikan keseluruhan ayam terendam didalam minyak.
