4 batang serai
Secukupnya isi ayam *rebus jap
7 helai daun limau purut
1 biji tomato *belah empat
3 biji cilipadi *hiris
Secukupnya bunga kobis, carrot, jagung muda

Panaskan sedikit minyak dalam periuk. Tumis bahan yang diblend bersama serai. Biar garing dan terbit minyak.
