Tips

Masukkan gula apabila tumisan pecah minyak supaya warna sambal menarik.
Sambal yg sedap adalah sambal yg pedas, masam & manis. Gantikan asam gelugor dgn air asam jawa jika suka.

Ingredients

3 ekor ikan kembong dikerat 2
1 keping asam gelugor
1 tangkai daun kari diramas
Secukup rasa garam & gula
Bahan Kisar
7 tangkai cili kering direbus
1 labu bawang besar
3 ulas bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
1/2 sk jintan manis
1/2 sk jintan putih

Lumur ikan kembung dgn garam & serbuk kunyit. Goreng separuh garing. Angkat & toskan minyak.
