Secukup rasa | garam & aji |
Bahan Tumis | |
4 ulas | bawang putih diketuk |
2 cm | halia dihiris nipis memanjang |
3 tangkai | cili kering dikerat 3 |
Potong tofu & goreng hingga kekuningan. Angkat & toskan minyak. Potong shitake mushroom & ayam mengikut kesukaan.
Menggunakan minyak gorengan tofu tadi masukkan bahan tumis hingga berbau wangi. Masukkan air.
